This offering from Brazil is a full-bodied dark roast with low acidity. Tasting notes of bittersweet chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit and molasses. We never burn or scorch our coffee but we roast this one dark enough to maximize the rich, bold flavour. To all those that have asked us to go darker – this one’s for you!
